Connie Lee became Chief Financial Officer at the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce on December 15, 2011. She is the financial steward of the Chamber’s assets and takes that job seriously having received unqualified or “clean” opinions each year from an independent auditor. Connie also oversees the programing in the Barelas Economic Opportunity Center, is the Facilities Manager and the Human Resources Manager.
Connie has been with the Chamber since 1997 and provides an institutional knowledge and experience that is extremely beneficial to the continuity of the Hispano Chamber.
Connie has lived in Albuquerque almost her entire life and graduated magna cum laude from New Mexico Highlands University receiving a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. She and her husband, Mark, have three children, four grandchildren, two dogs, five chickens and two fish.
Connie is a former Chair of the Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers Board of Directors and former Vice – President for Job Corps Career Technical Education Council. Her most recent involvement is as a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association.
